St Johns Full Landscaping
This Project included a full landscape of a newly built home in the St Johns area. These clients owned both front and back property’s with only a house built on the back and land on the front property.
The clients planned to build another home within the next decade however during this time wanted the front property to look presentable, meaning they wanted all building spoil removed, the land scraped the a even level and prepped to be hydroseeded for lawn. The clients also wanted to create a hedge boarder around the boundary fence and along the driveway for future privacy.
The landscaping for the back property included, All building spoil to be removed, all weeds removed to start fresh. We planted around 6 different species of plants on all surrounding retaining walls and below them and along most fence lines.
We mulched all areas that we soiled and planted and created timber edges where needed. Around the back of the house we constructed a stepping stone paving area coming from their side deck to the back door and back along the side of the house as requested filled in with pebble stones.
A small section of fence was also build to act as a screen in front of the side of the house access way as is visible from driveway/road and created a small planted area in front of this also.
